Last updated: 23 July 2026

These terms govern use of the services provided by Near Range Computer Systems Design (trade licence 872163, Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism), trading as NFC.ae.

1. Services

We provide software development services and a hosted workforce management platform covering attendance tracking, shift scheduling, leave management, overtime calculation and payroll reporting, together with related hardware supply and support.

2. Accounts

Each customer receives a workspace with an owner account. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your accounts. Tell us immediately at manager@nfc.ae if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services unlawfully, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the system or another customer’s data, to interfere with the service or its infrastructure, or to resell access without our written agreement.

4. Your data

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the limited right to process it in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process your employees’ data and for informing them as the law requires.

5. Fees

Subscription fees are as set out in your plan and are payable in advance. If payment is not received, access may be suspended after the grace period stated in your plan. Suspension does not delete your data.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance where practicable.

7. Support

Support is provided by email at manager@nfc.ae during our stated business hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 – 18:00 (GST)).

8. Termination

Either party may terminate on thirty days’ written notice. On termination you may request an export of your data. We will delete your data afterwards, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
